CRAB & SHRIMP CASSEROLE | |
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans Atlantic claw crabmeat 2 (6 oz.) cans peeled shrimp 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/3 c. sour cream 1/3 c. chopped celery 1/4 c. chopped pimento 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. garlic salt Combine and blend all ingredients. Slice 1 loaf French or garlic bread lengthwise on one side only. Hollow loaf by removing some insides. Stuff loaf with mixture. Bake at 350 degrees until slightly brown (25 minutes). Top with Swiss cheese (5 minutes more baking) with oven turned off. |
