CRAB AND SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. wild rice (7 1/2 c.)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 tsp. to 2 tbsp. sherry as desired
Cooked:
1 lb. crab meat
1 lb. shrimp
1/4 lb. mild Cheddar cheese

Cook rice as directed. Mix all other ingredients except cheese and pour over rice.

Top with grated cheese. Bake in 425 degree oven for 30 minutes, uncovered.

1 pint of fresh oysters can be substituted.
