CRAB AND SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
2 to 2 1/2 lbs. cooked shrimp
2 cans crabmeat
2 cans chopped water chestnuts
2 c. diced celery
2 c. mayonnaise thinned with sherry
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing

Mix first 5 ingredients; cover with dressing crumbs. Bake at 300 degrees for 25 minutes.
