4 eggs
3/4 c. Ricotta cheese (optional)
2 c. milk
5 tsp. baking powder
5 c. flour

Mix ingredients well. Drop by teaspoon into hot oil. Drain on paper towel when brown and cooked through. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. (This is a large batch; recipe can be halved.)
