APPLE-PEACH CRUMB PIE 
1 (9") unbaked pastry shell
5 c. sliced apples (about 8)
1 can sliced peaches, drained
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
3 1/2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. salt

TOPPING:

1/3 c. softened butter
3/4 c. flour
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
Cinnamon & nutmeg to taste

Mix all ingredients and spoon into pie shell. Cover with topping and bake at 400 degrees for about 40 minutes. TOPPING: Mix all ingredients and sprinkle over top of pie. Yield: 1 (9") pie.
