FRENCH VELVET CHOCOLATE PIE 
1 baked pie shell
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. soft butter
2 sqs. unsweetened chocolate

Melt chocolate, cool. In blender put eggs, sugar, butter, chocolate and vanilla. Cover and beat until smooth - with no sugar granules. Pour into pie shell and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Top with whipped cream and chocolate curls to decorate.
