HOT BEEF DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
1 sm. jar dried chipped beef
2 tbsp. minced onions
1/2 c. sour cream
Dash of pepper
2 tbsp. green pepper (opt.)
1/2 c. chopped English walnuts

Cream milk and cheese. Add beef, onions and pepper. Fold in sour cream. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake in a casserole at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve with chips or snack crackers.
