HOT BEEF DIP 
1 c. (2 1/2 oz. jar) dried beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (cubed)
1/2 c. (3 oz. can) sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. chopped parsley

Rinse dried beef in hot water; drain and chop. Cook onion in butter until tender. Stir in milk and cream cheese, mixing until well blended. Add dried beef and remaining ingredients. Mix well. Serve hot. Makes 2 cups.
