HOT CREAMY BEEF DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 (3 oz.) pkg. chipped beef, cut up
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix all ingredients together except pecans. Put in flat baking dish, spread nuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve warm with crackers or celery.

Mixture will thicken with baking. Keep warm to prevent curdling.
