1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 tbsp. orange juice
1 tbsp. orange peel

Stir instant pudding package into Cool Whip. Add orange juice and orange peel and mix well. Chill and serve with an assortment of fresh fruit.
