1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. Knorr Vegetable soup mix
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, chopped fine; optional
3 green onion, finely chopped

Squeeze spinach, until dry. In medium bowl, stir together all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours. Makes 3 cups. Serves a crowd.
