HOT BEEF DIP 
1 lb. lean ground beef
3/4 c. tomato sauce
1/4 c. ketchup
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. oregano
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Heat beef and drain. Stir next 4 ingredients into meat. Microwave 2 minutes then add cream cheese and Parmesan cheese. Heat for another 2 minutes in microwave. Stir every 30 seconds until done.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
