BROCCOLI QUICHE 
1/4 c. grated cheese
3 eggs
2 c. broccoli (cooked 10 minutes)
1 c. Swiss cheese, dried
1/4 c. sliced scallions
2/3 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. heavy cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix above ingredients together in mixing bowl; pour into pie shell.

QUICK PIE CRUST:

1/2 lb. butter
8 oz. cream cheese
2 c. flour
Pinch of salt

Mix together, put in quiche pan.

Bake pastry at 450 degrees for 5 minutes. Fill pastry and bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
