BROCCOLI QUICHE 
1 1/4 c. wheat pastry flour
1/3 c. oil
1/4 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. ice water

Mix oil, salt, and ice water well. Add flour and mix. Roll crust out between waxed paper. Fit crust into quiche pan.

FILLING:

2 stalks of broccoli (depend on taste), cooked for 10 minutes
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. onion, chopped
1/3 c. yogurt (plain)
1/4 c. cream cheese
3/4 c. Mocha mix
1/4 tsp. each Natures Seasoning, onion, garlic, Mrs. Dash
1/2 c. grated cheese

Mix all ingredients (except grated cheese) well and pour into crust that has been spread with the 1/2 cup grated cheese. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove from oven and let set 15 to 20 minutes.
