BROCCOLI QUICHE 
1 (9 inch) pastry pie shell
4 eggs
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 can Durkee's onions
2 c. broccoli, cooked
8 oz. Swiss cheese, sliced in pieces

Bake pie shell per directions on package. Beat eggs, add all ingredients but leave 1/2 can onions for the top of quiche. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour until top gets golden brown. Serve with salad or a nice fruit cup. Great for summer. Oven at 400 degrees.
