FRESH BEANS AND MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. fresh beans, cut in 1 inch pieces
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
1/3 c. onions, chopped
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. garlic, minced
Dash of pepper
1/4 c. water

Combine all ingredients (except vinegar) in 2 quart casserole dish, cover. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or microwave on high for 15 minutes, stirring every 3 or 4 minutes. Toss with vinegar and serve. Yield: 3 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
