FRESH FOOL (FAVA BEANS) 
3 lb. fresh fava beans
2 lb. lean lamb meat, cut in chunks
2 gloves garlic
Salt and pepper

String and cut beans into small 1-inch pieces. Wash clean and drain. In saucepan, saute meat and crushed garlic until meat is tender. Add beans and toss. Add salt and pepper and cook until beans are tender. Add coriander to taste (optional). Serve with rice as a side dish.
