CROCK POT PORK CHOPS 
4 lean pork chops, 1 inch or more
1 can chicken and rice soup
2/3 cup water
2 tbsp. oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Mix seasoning into flour for coating the chops. Trim fat from chops, dip both sides in flour mix and brown in hot oil in skillet. Place chops in crock pot, add soup, cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3 1/2 to 4 hours.

Made this a couple times and we really like it. Porkchops are just fall apart tender. Serve it with some rice and corn and we are happy campers.
