SIRLOIN BEEF TIPS 
2 lb. beef cut in 1" cubes
2 cans Golden mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. butter
1 med. garlic clove, minced
1 sm. onion, minced
Salt meat to taste
Can use tenderizer & less salt

Melt butter in large heavy skillet. Add onion and garlic. Saute 2-3 minutes. Add beef tips and brown. Then add Golden mushroom soup and 1/2 cup water. Cover and cook over medium heat for 2 hours or until tender.
