CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE PIE 
1 (9 inch) chocolate pie crust
1/4 c. unsalted chopped peanuts
2 tbsp. caramel topping
1 (11 oz.) pkg. Nestle Toll House Peanut Butter & Milk Chocolate morsels
1/4 c. milk
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1-1/2 c. frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed

Sprinkle half of peanuts into bottom pie crust. Drizzle with 1 Tbsp. caramel topping.

Combine morsels and milk in a medium bowl. Microwave on medium power for 45 seconds. Stir.

Beat cream cheese and sugar in a large mixer bowl until creamy. Beat in chocolate mixture. Add in whipped topping and stir until smooth. Spoon mixture into pie crust. Sprinkle with remaining peanuts. Drizzle remaining caramel. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
