VANILLA CUSTARD PUMPKIN PIE 
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
2 eggs, beaten lightly
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Mix all ingredients in order shown. Pour into 9-inch unbaked pie shell. Cook for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees. Cook 30 to 40 minutes longer or until done in center.
