COUNTRY STYLE CORN PUDDING 
1 can cream style corn
2 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Dash nutmeg
1/2 c. milk

Blend corn and all dry ingredients until smooth. Add eggs and milk. Melt butter in small dish. Pour butter over corn mixture, but do not mix. Bake 45 minutes at 325 degrees. Serves 6 to 8.
