OATMEAL BANANA MUFFINS 
1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter, melted
2 eggs
3 medium bananas, mashed
3/4 c. honey
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking power
1 c. quick cooking oatmeal

Preheat oven to 375°F. Use paper liners or grease muffin tins.

Cream sugar and butter and beat in eggs, banana and honey. In separate bowl, stir together the dry ingredients and add to the creamed mixture, beating until just blended. Stir in oats. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full.

Bake 18 to 20 minutes.

Yield: 24 medium muffins.
