OATMEAL BANANA MUFFINS 
1/2 c. softened butter or oil
2 eggs
1 c. mashed (very ripe) bananas (2/3 med.)
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. yogurt

Mix.

1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. rolled oats

Mix wet and dry ingredients and fill 18 greased and floured muffin cups. Bake at 375 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes.
