TWO EGG CAKE 
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

If you use plain flour put 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder and 1 teaspoon salt. You can use butter or oil instead of shortening.

Mix all ingredients together. Put in a greased and floured 10 x 13 inch pan. You can put any kind of icing you want or eat it plain with peaches or just cut it and eat with good old cup of coffee.
