EGG-NOG POUND CAKE 
3 c. plain flour
3 c. sugar
1 c. butter (2 sticks)
1/2 c. Crisco
1 c. eggnog
6 eggs
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. coconut flavoring
1 tsp. lemon or rum flavoring

Cream butter and Crisco. Gradually add sugar. Add eggs 1 at a time. Gradually add flour. Alternate with eggnog (begin with flour and end with flour). Mix in coconut, then flavorings. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
