10 EGG POUND CAKE 
1 lb. butter flavor Crisco
3 c. sugar
Sm. can Carnation milk
10 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. lemon flavor

Cream shortening and sugar. Sift flour, add to mixture. Add eggs, one at a time, room temperature milk, 1 teaspoon lemon flavor. Use a tube pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours. You can also use white Crisco and vanilla flavor.

Great texture! Not very sweet though. I used Mexican vanilla instead of lemon and butter instead of crisco. I also used a loaf pan and a heart pan for Valentines Day.
