BRAN MUFFINS 
1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran cereal
1 c. melted shortening
1 3/4 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 qt. buttermilk
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. molasses
Extra raisins, if desired

Mix dry ingredients. Add liquids and eggs, mix well. Keep in refrigerator covered (up to 6 weeks). Use as needed. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes in greased and floured muffin pan or muffin liners.
