BLACK JACK PECAN PIE 
2 (9") deep dish pie shells
6 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1/2 jar dark Karo syrup
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 oz. Jack Daniels whiskey
2 tbsp. melted butter
3 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Thaw pie shells. Prick bottoms and sides. Beat eggs. Add all ingredients besides nuts. Mix until smooth. Stir in pecans. Pour in crusts. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees until firm.
