IRISH COFFEE PIE 
2 1/2 c. cold milk
2 tbsp. Irish whiskey
1 pkg. (lg.) vanilla instant pudding
2 tsp. instant coffee
1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust
Toasted coconut

Pour whisky and milk into a deep narrow bottom bowl. Add pudding mix and instant coffee, beat slowly with mixer for 1 minute. Pour into pie shell. Chill 4 hours. Sprinkle toasted coconut over top.
