TONY'S MEAT SAUCE FOR SPAGHETTI 
3 cans Hunts Italian tomato sauce
3 cans Hunts tomato paste
2 lg. cans Contadina peeled tomatoes with basil
2 med. onions, peeled & quartered
5-6 cloves garlic, peeled
Dried parsley, oregano & salt
1 lb. Italian sausage, removed from casing
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck

Brown sausage and ground chuck in large fry pan, salting lightly. Drain and set aside.

In blender, combine 1 can tomatoes and half of the onion quarters and garlic cloves. Blend to liquid consistency and add to large stock pot. Repeat. Continue to blend all tomato products, adding water to dilute.

Add spices (salt, pepper and small amount of oregano) and meat to tomato mixture. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook approximately 3 hours until tomato is done, stirring to prevent sticking. Serve over linguini or your favorite macaroni. Serves 20-25.
