RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS 
1 (15 oz.) pkg. raisin bran flakes
1 qt. buttermilk
4 eggs
3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
5 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking soda

Soak flakes in buttermilk for 2 minutes. Add all other ingredients. Mix well. Use a big bowl. Bake as many muffins as desired 400 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes.

Store remaining batter covered in refrigerator. Will keep several weeks; using as desired to make 4 - 6 - 8 muffins at a time.
