RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS | |
1 box (15 oz.) Raisin Bran 1 qt. buttermilk 1 c. vegetable oil 1 c. molasses 2 1/2 c. sugar 4 eggs, lightly beaten 6 c. sifted flour 2 tsp. salt 6 tsp. baking soda Combine first 6 ingredients. Then combine dry ingredients. Add to first mixture. Use paper cups and fill 2/3 full. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Yield 6 dozen. Unused batter can be refrigerated and kept 6 weeks. Store baked muffin sin covered container in refrigerator. Options - 1 cup raisins and cut up apples may be added. |
