BAY CITY Y. M. C. A. RAISIN BRAN
MUFFINS
 
1 lg. box Raisin Bran
1 c. melted Crisco or oil
3 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 qt. butter
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt

Mix together all ingredients. (Optional: nuts, extra raisins, and orange peel) After all ingredients are mixed together, keep in sealed container in refrigerator. DO NOT STIR AGAIN. Just drop by spoonful into greased muffin tins at 400 degrees for 15-17 minutes. Store any remainder dough in refrigerator up to 1 week in sealed container.

Sprinkle tops of muffins with cinnamon and sugar before baking.
