GREAT RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS 
1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
1 qt. buttermilk
1 c. oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs, slightly beaten
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt

Mix first 5 ingredients. Add last 3 ingredients. Mix in large bowl and refrigerate for at least 6 hours. Keeps for 6 weeks in refrigerator. Bake muffins as you need them at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
