RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS 
1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
3 c. sugar
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. salt
4 beaten eggs
1 qt. buttermilk
1 c. vegetable oil

Mix sugar, cereal, cinnamon, flour, soda and salt in a very large bowl. Add eggs, oil and buttermilk; mix well. Store in covered container in refrigerator and use as desired. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full and bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. You can store the batter in the refrigerator for up to 6 weeks and use as needed.
