COLD OVEN POUND CAKE 
1 c. butter
3 c. sugar
6 lg. eggs
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring - lemon flavor
3 c. flour (plain flour)
1/2 pt. whipping cream, pour directly from container - do not whip

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition. Add flour and whipping cream alternately. Blend well. Pour into well greased floured pan, 10 inch tube pan, and place in cold oven. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 25 minutes or until done.
