QUICK BARBECUE BEANS 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. pork-sausage meat
1 med. onion, diced
1 med. green pepper, diced
1 (17 oz.) can lima beans, drained
1 (15 1/2 to 19 oz.) can garbanzo beans, drained
1 (15 1/4 to 19 oz.) can red kidney beans, drained
3/4 c. bottled barbecue sauce

ABOUT 1 HOUR BEFORE SERVING:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, cook pork-sausage meat until well browned, stirring frequently to break up sausage. With slotted spoon, remove sausage to 2-quart casserole. Discard all but 1 tablespoon sausage drippings.

In same skillet over high heat, in hot sausage drippings, cook onion and green pepper until tender-crisp. Add to sausage in casserole; stir in lime beans and remaining ingredients. Cover and bake 30 minutes or until heated through. Makes 6 main-dish servings. About 470 calories per serving.
