CREAM CHEESE TORTE 
3 pkgs. lady fingers
2 tsp. vanilla
1 can pie filling (any flavor)
1 c. sugar
11 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 pt. heavy cream

Let cheese stand for 2 hours. Combine sugar, vanilla and cheese and beat. In a separate bowl whip cream until it peaks. Fold in cheese mixture until all blended. Line pan with lady fingers (bottom and sides). Use SPRING FORM PAN. Alternate layers of mixture and lady fingers. Spread fruit on top. Chill until ready to serve.
