LARGE CHEESECAKE 
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. sour cream
Pound cake or lady fingers

Mix well the cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Add lemon juice and vanilla and beat on high speed for 3 minutes. Fold in sour cream.

Pour into large spring form pan lined with pound cake or lady fingers. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Shut off oven and let cake stand in oven for at least 2 hours. Do not open oven door.
