HEAVENLY CHEESECAKE 
2 pkgs. lady fingers
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. heavy cream

Line lady fingers around bottom and sides of a springform pan. Beat together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

In separate bowl, whip cream until stiff and fold into cheese mixture. Pour half the mixture into pan; add another layer of lady fingers, and top with remaining mixture. Smooth top. Refrigerate overnight. OPTIONAL: Spread strawberry preserves over middle layer of lady fingers.
