FINGER CHEESECAKE 
2 cans crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 egg yolk

Press one can of rolls on bottom of 13x9 pan. Mix remaining ingredients, pour on crust. Add 2nd can of rolls on top. Brush with egg white. Bake at 350 degrees 20-25 minutes.
