FINGER CHEESECAKE BARS 
2/3 c. butter
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, room temperature
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
4 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Mix together butter, brown sugar and flour until crumbly. Stir in chopped nuts. Set aside 2 cups of the mixture. Lightly press remainder of crumbs into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 15 minutes.

In a bowl beat together the cream cheese and sugar until blended. Stir in milk, lemon peel, lemon juice, vanilla and eggs. Beat until smooth. Pour over crust. Sprinkle remaining nut mixture over the top. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 30-35 minutes or until set. Let cool and chill. Cut into bars. Makes 12-15 servings.
