MILLIE'S LADY FINGER CHEESECAKE 
2 pkgs. Lady fingers
3 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
1 pt. heavy cream (16 oz.)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can or jar cherry pie filling

Separate lady fingers and stand around sides and bottom of springform pan. Whip heavy cream (when whipping use a very cold bowl for best results) and set aside in refrigerator till needed. Cream the cheese with the sugar and vanilla. Fold in whipped cream. Pour half of this mixture on the bottom layer of pan. Add another layer of lady fingers and then the rest of the cream cheese mixture. Top with the cherries or other fruit. Refrigerate.
