LADY FINGER CHEESE CAKE 
2 pkg. lady fingers
3 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 (12 oz.) whipped cream
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla

Using an 8 or 9 inch springform pan; line sides and bottom with lady fingers (split in half). Mix all ingredients together. Carefully pack into pan. Chill 18 hours before serving. Top with crushed coconut or favorite fruit.
