CRANBERRY - APPLE SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin
3/4 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (16 oz.) can whole-berry cranberry sauce
1 red apple, unpeeled & coarsely grated
1 tbsp. grated orange rind
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
Dash of ground cloves

Dissolve raspberry gelatin in boiling water and let cool. Stir in next 7 ingredients and spoon into a lightly oiled 4 cup mold. Cover and chill until firm.
