CRANBERRY APPLE SALAD 
2 c. whole berry sauce
2 c. boiling water
2 pkgs. (3 oz.) each strawberry Jello
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. mayonnaise
2 c. diced apples
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Melt cranberry sauce over medium heat. Drain reserving liquid and berries. Mix together cranberry liquid, boiling water and Jello. Stir until Jello is dissolved. Add lemon juice and salt. Chill until mixture mounds slightly on a spoon.

Add mayonnaise, beat until smooth. Fold in cranberries, apples and nuts. Pour into 2 quart mold and chill overnight.
