CRANBERRY - APPLE SALAD 
1 lg. or 2 sm. boxes cherry Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 c. canned pineapple juice
1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 c. diced apple
1 c. diced celery
2/3 c. chopped nuts, optional

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add cranberry sauce (stir until dissolved). Add pineapple juice; chill until thickened. Add remaining ingredients. Congeal.
