CRANBERRY - APPLE SALAD 
1 tbsp. unflavored gelatin
3/4 c. water
2 c. sugar
1 lb. cranberries
1 c. each diced celery, apples & nuts

Add gelatin to 1/4 cup cold water and let stand while cooking cranberries. Combine sugar, 1/2 cup water and boil until sugar dissolves. Add cranberries and boil until all have popped. Remove from heat. Add gelatin and stir until dissolved. Cool until it begins to thicken, then fold in celery, apples and nuts.
