EASY POPOVERS 
1 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 eggs

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Beat ingredients with rotary beater just until smooth (over beating will reduce volume). Pour into well greased oven glass custard cups (1/2 full). Bake 40 to 45 minutes. Yield: 5 to 9 popovers.
